Overview

Welcome to ORBAL. ORBAL is operated by EDGEWOOD GLOBAL TRADE LLC (“ORBAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of orbal.store, including our website, online store, products, content, customer accounts, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the Services.

By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Services or make purchases.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products identified in your order.

We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Payment problems.
  • Shipping restrictions.

An automated order confirmation or payment authorization does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or shipped.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us promptly at support@orbal.store. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation may no longer be possible once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors where permitted by law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other payment providers made available at checkout.

5. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled directly by ORBAL or by third-party suppliers, dropshipping providers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, manufacturers, or logistics partners.

As a result:

  • Products may ship from different locations.
  • Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
  • Carriers and fulfillment providers may vary by product or destination.

Any shipping or processing timeframe displayed on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that advertised shipping estimates are based on information available to us from our suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers.

If no specific shipment timeframe is stated, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable law.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation, delay-consent, or refund options required by applicable law.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays.
  • Customs processing.

  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Supplier or warehouse delays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You must contact us before returning a product.

Do not return products to:

  • The address printed on the original shipping package.
  • A supplier or manufacturer.
  • An ORBAL business address.

unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Because orders may be fulfilled through different suppliers or fulfillment facilities, the approved return address may vary by product.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including ORBAL branding, logos, text, graphics, website design, photographs, videos, and other materials owned by or licensed to us, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or authorized by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, publicly display, or commercially use our proprietary content.

10. Relationship With Shopify

ORBAL is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and ORBAL, operated by EDGEWOOD GLOBAL TRADE LLC, and not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by ORBAL.

Your use of certain Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy policies.

11. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy:

12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant ORBAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish User Content for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Services.

You may not submit User Content that:

  • Violates another person's rights.
  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or abusive.
  • Contains malicious software.
  • Misrepresents your identity or experience.
  • Contains confidential information you do not have the right to disclose.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate product descriptions, pricing errors, availability errors, or other mistakes.

Where permitted by law, we may cancel an affected order and issue an appropriate refund when a material error prevents us from completing the transaction as represented.

Product warranties, if any, may be provided separately by ORBAL, a supplier, or a manufacturer.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORBAL and EDGEWOOD GLOBAL TRADE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services where such damages may legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORBAL, EDGEWOOD GLOBAL TRADE LLC, and our officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:
